Fall Grants

Applications for the Environment & Nature Grants, Women to Women Giving Circle Grants (focus on women and children), Youth Engaged in Philanthropy Grants (focus on youth) are open annually in the fall (Sept. 1-30). The next application cycle will be open September 1-30, 2026.

Recipients of grants can click the button below to log in to the grants portal for access to follow-up documents (grant agreements and final reports).

ENVIRONMENT & NATURE GRANTS

Grants focus on programs and projects that focus on the environment and nature issues. Some examples of project areas include, but are not limited to: pollution or toxics reduction, clean and renewable energy, biodiversity and habitat improvement, resource conservation and environmental justice.

  • The application period for the 2026 Environment & Nature grants will open September 1, 2025, and close at 5 p.m. September 30, 2025
  • Typically, grant periods for Environment & Nature grants run from February 1 of one year to January 31 of the next year (please check your grant agreement for full details); all money must be expended by the January 31 deadline; follow-up reports are due no later than February 28 following the grant cycle

  • Environment & Nature grants require applicants to use a common budget form; you will be asked to download the form when completing the application

WOMEN TO WOMEN GIVING CIRCLE GRANTS

Grants available for projects and programs that encourage advancement and opportunities for local area women and children and may be limited in scope to particular area concern

  • The W2W grant focus for 2026 will be similar to the previous years: Programs offering assistance/solutions for women and children facing insecurities with housing, food, transportation and/or childcare; applicants are encouraged, but not required, to collaborate with another nonprofit organization on the grant program
  • The application period for the 2026 Women to Women grants will open September 1, 2025 and close at 5 p.m. September 30, 2025
  • Typically, grant periods for Women to Women grants run from February 1 of one year to January 31 of the next year (please check your grant agreement for full details); all money must be expended by the January 31 deadline; final reports are due no later than February 28 following the grant cycle

  • The application period for the 2026 Youth Engaged in Philanthropy (YEP) grants will open September 1, 2025 and close at 5 p.m. September 30, 2025
  • Typically, grant periods for Youth Engaged in Philanthropy (YEP) grants run from February 1 of one year to January 31 of the next year (please check your grant agreement for full details); all money must be expended by the January 31 deadline; follow-up reports are due no later than February 28 following the grant cycle
