Spring Grants

Applications for General Grants (focus on education, health and wellness, and youth), Mirza/Arts & Culture Grants (focus on arts and culture), David and Kay Williams Music Education Grants, Sol Shulman Grants (focus on Jewish education and life) and Redbird Impact Philanthropy Leaders (RIPL) Grants are open in the spring of each year.

GENERAL GRANTS (EDUCATION, HEALTH AND WELLNESS, YOUTH)

Grants available in the fields of education, health and wellness, and youth

  • Typically, grant periods for General grants run from June 1 of one year to May 31 of the next year (please check your grant agreement for full details); all money must be expended by the May 31 deadline; final reports are due no later than June 30 following the grant cycle
  • 2026 grant applications will be accepted Feb. 1-27, 2026; online grant applications will automatically close at 5 p.m. (Central time)
  • The 2026 General Grant Information Sheet has details about grant focus, collaboration and dates/deadlines
  • The 2026 General Grant Application PDF has details about the online application, including questions and character limits for each question to help in preparing your application
  • Applicants are required to use a common budget form; you will be asked to download the blank form when completing the application and must upload the completed form to the application

IPCF MIRZA/ARTS & CULTURE GRANTS

Grants available in the fields of art, music education, theater education/enrichment, and/or the performing, visual and literary arts

  • Typically, grant periods for Mirza/Arts & Culture grants run from June 1 of one year to May 31 of the next year (please check your grant agreement for full details); all money must be expended by the May 31 deadline; final reports are due no later than June 30 following the grant cycle
  • 2026 grant applications will be accepted Feb. 1-27, 2026; online grant applications will automatically close at 5 p.m. (Central time)

David and Kay Williams Music Education Grants

REDBIRD IMPACT PHILANTHROPY LEADERS (RIPL) GRANTS

Grants available for projects and programs that focus on civic engagement.

  • The application period for the 2026 Redbird Impact Philanthropy Leaders (RIPL) grants will open Feb. 1, 2026, and close on Feb. 27, 2026, at 5 p.m. (Central time)
  • Typically, grant periods for spring grants run from June 1 of one year to May 31 of the next year (please check your grant agreement for full details); all money must be expended by the May 31 deadline; final reports are due no later than June 30 following the grant cycle
