Each November, Illinois Prairie Community Foundation celebrates local philanthropy with a Nonprofits Workshop and Philanthropy Celebration to honor our Philanthropists of the Year. The 2023 event, which will also celebrate IPCF’s 25th Anniversary, will take place on Thursday, Nov. 9, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Bloomington.
These two events highlight IPCF’s commitment to local philanthropy. The events kick off with a Nonprofits Workshop in the morning. The noontime Philanthropy Celebration event follows the workshop and honors the Philanthropists of the Year.
2023 Nonprofits Workshop
The 2023 Nonprofits Workshop will take place from 8:30-11:30 a.m. Nov. 9, with check-in and breakfast beginning at 8 a.m. Cost of the workshop is $30 per person; two people from the same nonprofit organization may attend for the price of one.
2023 Philanthropy Luncheon
The 2023 Philanthropy Luncheon celebrates philanthropy in our community and will honor philanthropists from Bloomington-Normal and Outside the Twin Cities. The lunch begins at noon and will end by 1:30 p.m. Cost of the luncheon is $40 per person.
